on

The Weazel Music Awards submissions are still open! With the November 30 submission deadline quickly approaching time is running out! If you’re a musician, producer, or audio engineer in San Andreas, and want to be recognized for your talent in one of the following categories, don’t wait to enter.

Best Music Video

Best Vocal Performance in a Song

Best Collaboration

Best Producer

Best Rock Song

Best Rock Artist

Best Pop Song

Best Pop Artist

Best Rap Song

Best Rap Artist

Best Cover

Wildcard Category

Best Diss Track

Best Song

Best Artist

Now, you might be asking yourself: How can I submit myself or my work for consideration?!

To submit yourself or your work for consideration for the categories, there is a fee of $1,000 (per category) for submission, which will go towards producing the ceremony and more. You can either pay via invoice, or in person with Artemis or Rhylee from Weazel!

The submission itself can be done via this form! (Please fill it out more than once if you wish to be considered for more than one category).

Note: Submissions for consideration must be done by the artist/producer themselves. Not every submission is guaranteed a place as a final nominee – The $1,000 fee is required for submission whether final nominee status is achieved.

It is important to note that with how many amazing musicians there are in San Andreas, not every artist can be recognized this time around – But do not fret! The WMAs will happen every five (5) to six (6) months! And once an artist wins a particular category, they will not be able to submit themselves in that particular category for the next one (1) WMAs! They can still submit for other categories.

Another detail to note: While the First WMAs will be open to any and all song submissions from the artists of San Andreas, the Second WMAs will require that the songs be made after the First WMAs!

All submissions will be reviewed by our committee of judges, after which we will reach out to the final nominees – Then, a public announcement! Once we’ve made preparations, there will be an exclusive invite-only award ceremony to announce the victors; And an article will be released to the public afterward to release the results out into the world!

Last but not least: We want to wish everyone the best of luck! We can’t wait to see the best of what you’re capable of!
