In case you missed it, Knight Imports organized and hosted San Andreas’ first official Virtual Racing League utilizing Forza Motorsport 2023. After the huge success of the first season, which you can read all about here.

They promptly started organizing the second season. The first season they ran the BMW M3 2005, a fictional brand that is similar to the Übermacht Sentinel series chosen by the organizers. When you win the championship, however, you are able to make a list of cars, where one of them gets picked out and will be chosen for next season! Charlie Marlow, being the champion of the first season, made a list, and the car that was chosen was the 1990 Nissan Pulsar GTI-R, again a fictional car brand that is similar to the Annis.

This time, only a total of 19 people signed up – 14 main competitors and 5 reserves – to put their virtual racing skills to the test!

We kicked off the season on Sunday, April 13th, setting the tone for a grueling 7 races in total over the following 4 weeks. The season ended on Sunday, May 4th, with the tightest finish of a season yet.

The Winner’s Circle

-Leon Dawes, reserve driver and Knight Imports employee, managed to clinch the title, winning 3 races out of the 7, and finishing 2nd twice! He tied on points with his friend and colleague, Oliver Fletcher, but won by having more pole positions (1) than him.
-Oliver Fletcher, Knight Imports regional manager, was almost able to snoop away the title from Leon on the last race, but couldn’t quite get there. He managed to finish 2nd after a very strong season!
-Jimmy Forrester fought hard throughout the season, earning a well-deserved 3rd place and rounding out the podium.

Throughout the competition, fans witnessed tight battles, daring overtakes, and thrilling finishes, making for an unforgettable season.

Reliving the Action

For those who missed the live races, unfortunately, Round 2 was not broadcasted, and Round 3 broadcast was lost due to a technical issue, but Round 1 and Round 4 of the official Weazel News re-broadcasts are available for everyone to enjoy.

Yet again, the commentary for the 2nd season of the Knight Imports Racing League was provided by none other than Los Santos’ own famous Formula 1 driver and talented artist, Nick Hulkenstein. Naturally, the star offered his expert analysis, and his love of the sport was on full display.

Looking to the Future

With Season 2 in the rear view, Knight Imports is gearing up for Season 3! Wanna give it a try? Join the Knight Imports e-mail chain to sign up for additional info and to sign up for the new season here!

Thank you to everyone whose hard work and determination made the league an incredible experience for the citizens of San Andreas. We look forward to future seasons of intense competition and thrilling action!
