Maxine FinchLos Santos, San Andreas (WZL) – The US Marshals Service has identified a highly sought-after group of wanted fugitives believed to have taken refuge in San Andreas or Cayo Perico. These individuals are considered armed and dangerous, and their capture is of utmost priority.
BEN RADGIE
The United States Marshal Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mr. Radge.
On August 19th, 2022, Ben Radgie kidnapped Prosecutor Olivia Marvel from The Little Teapot and held her for a $50,000 ransom. During the kidnapping, his extravagant demand was met with a request from the police for a visual confirmation of her physical condition. The request was shortly responded to with a 911 call from Lago Zancudo, specifically a bridge north of the swamps along the Great Ocean Highway. Police officers were dispatched to the area. Ranger Axton Beckett arrived on the scene and safely negotiated her safe return in exchange for passage to his vehicle. Shortly after, a pursuit followed. Ben Radgie was said to be shouting obscenities and threats to police during this pursuit before veering his vehicle off Route 68 to a nearby ammunition store. Exiting the vehicle, he opened fire on law enforcement before being quickly subdued.
Radgie was charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Hostage Taking, Evading Arrest, Unlawful Possession of a Class 1 Firearm, and Aggravated Battery. He was charged $5,550 in fines and, if convicted, could have been sent to Bolingbroke Penitentiary for up to 180 months. Ben Radgie pleaded not guilty to the charges and was then released on bail under the condition that he does not carry or own a firearm, knife, or serrated blade.
Ben Radgie failed to adhere to the court order of scheduling and, on September 6th, received a Default Judgment by Magistrate Reyna Lighten, with additional charges of Contempt of Court, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, and Obstruction of Justice. An additional 20 months and a fine of $5,000 were added to the original charges.
His current location remains a mystery.

DRAKE FAIYAZ
The United States Marshal Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Drake Faiyaz.
On August 18th, 2022, law enforcement assisted San Andreas Security Services (SASS) with a prison convoy en route from Rockford Police Department (RPD) station to Bolingbroke Penitentiary. The transport was carrying four suspects—Darnell Whitescale, Karla Cruz, Drake West, and Noemi Whitescale—who had all pleaded not guilty and were awaiting trial for the case with docket number 2022-CM-205. At approximately 12:00 am EST, Senior Officer Alexander Wright of the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) observed two vehicles barrel toward the convoy on Senora Freeway. Law enforcement recognized the imminent danger and swiftly initiated measures to intervene and safeguard the convoy’s integrity but was unsuccessful. A firefight quickly broke out. Following the shootout, the authorities successfully neutralized the four suspects: Myles Walker, Draco DaBlanco, Elijah Rivera, and Drake Faiyaz. The aforementioned individuals were promptly administered medical aid and quickly transported to Eclipse Medical for treatment of their injuries. After ensuring that all suspects had been attended to and their health stabilized, they were transferred to RPD for the necessary processing procedures. There, charges were finalized, and the suspects had the opportunity to enter their pleas. Afterward, they were transferred to Bolingbroke Penitentiary, awaiting the scheduled hearings for their charges.
Drake Faiyaz, Elijah Rivera, and Draco DaBlanco failed to provide their availability for a hearing within the time allotted and subsequently entered default judgment on September 5th, 2022. Drake Faiyaz, who had entered a not guilty plea, was issued a bench warrant for his arrest and will be given a sentence of 995 months in prison with a fine of $62,000 upon his capture. He has since eluded arrest.

JAMES WRIGHT
The United States Marshal Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that could lead to the arrest of James Wright.
Renowned as Domonic Shaw, James Wright is the subject of several international warrants issued by France, Germany, and Spain. He is said to have participated in several murders across Europe and possibly in San Andreas, including the chilling murder of his brother, Xavier Shaw. Wright is also implicated in crimes such as money laundering, drug trafficking, kidnapping, and blackmail. Evidence suggests strong connections between James Wright and a drug cartel in Southern France.
Wright escaped the custody of the USMS while being transported to their hangar at the Los Santos International Airport (LSIA) for a Con Air transportation intended for his extradition and subsequent prosecution in another country. During the escort onto the aircraft, Deputy Marshal McKenzie and Corporal Kiros encountered an ambush by four individuals armed with pistols. Regrettably, due to being outnumbered and outgunned, Deputy Marshal McKenzie and Corporal Kiros were unable to prevent James from being apprehended by the assailants. His whereabouts have remained unknown since the incident.

Later, a bench warrant was issued for a misdemeanor Contempt of Court, including ten months of jail time and a $5,000 fine. His whereabouts remain elusive.

MACE WOODS
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that could lead to the arrest of Mace Woods.
Transferred from out of state to Bolingbroke Penitentiary, not much is publicly known about the lifer Mace Woods. Rumors have circulated that he may have involvement in a cartel and was allegedly tasked with carrying out hits. Last November, Mace Woods, Michael Norman, and Harley Cross escaped Bolingbroke Penitentiary when three masked assailants seized a security guard and forced him to unlock multiple doors on the prison grounds. The security personnel were said to have accompanied the trio to the prison cafeteria, where they were rendezvoused with the lifers and escorted outside. Unverified rumors have circulated, implying that the assailants might have received financial compensation for their involvement, fueling speculation that the lifers may have been privy to the escape plan, as indicated by their readiness during the breakout.
Although it was rumored that Mace Woods was last sighted in Cayo Perico, efforts to track his whereabouts have since yielded no leads.

Last November, Norman managed to escape from prison, along with his accomplices Mace Woods and Harley Cross. Since his escape, he has been responsible for a series of targeted attacks against residents of Los Santos, instilling widespread fear and agitation within the community. While reports suggest that Norman may be hiding in various locations across San Andreas and Cayo Perico, these rumors have yet to produce any substantial leads.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of this dangerous individual, please share it with the U.S. Marshal Service via the Major Crimes Division (MCD) tip line. It is crucial to note that Michael Norman is a known serial killer and should never be approached under any circumstances.
VENTUS GOODE
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that could lead to the arrest of Ventus Goode.
Ventus is known for engaging in a series of troubling activities, including violating restraining orders, making life-threatening threats against others, and persistent harassment. Due to his actions, Ventus currently carries a warrant for his arrest, stemming from a felony and misdemeanor Contempt of Court charge dating back to July 2022.
