As usual for months now, DJ Spooky Entertainment holds their monthly Food Truck Friday event in Little Seoul on the last Friday of every month from midnight to 2 am. They were keeping count of the number of people there, but this time was a little different. At one point, the staff at The Venetian food truck counted over 130 attendees, which is the greatest number of attendees Food Truck Friday has ever seen!
I asked DJ Spooky Entertainment to see what they had to say about it, and Spooky himself said, “I am overjoyed that D.S.E. reached a record breaking goal for Food Truck Friday. It takes a village to run F.T.F. and it is the combination of People, Musicians, DJ’s, Vendors, and Business Owners that make this event so successful. The experience at F.T.F. is what you make of it, and everyone chooses to make it a great place [to] be. This isn’t just a moment for DJ Spooky Entertainment to celebrate, but a celebration of what we all can do together as a community. Congratulations to everyone who continues to participate at F.T.F. You are an inspiration to us all.” Cheers to many more Food Truck Fridays!

Stella’s Recommendation of the Week…
Have you stopped by the Vespucci Beach area recently? There are so many flowers in bloom, and they’re beautiful! The colors are vibrant and are perfect for photoshoots. I’ve seen lots of photos on Y from people with the flowers and eggs. I wish they were around for the entirety of spring, but I’m sure people who are allergic are good with the limited bloom. Aside from the various Vespucci businesses selling special flowers, candles, and chocolate eggs, the San Andreas Park Department also has a booth there, and you might be able to catch them talking about nature and parks. I’ll miss these flowers. They’ll be repotted for relocation elsewhere at some point on Tuesday, the 2nd, so make sure you take some time to check out Vespucci Beach and the businesses in the area before we bid the bloom farewell.
Have a Stella Day and a hardcore night, San Andreas!
