Rockford, Los Santos – Last night, the Office of the Governor issued a press release warning of an active threat made by a group who call themselves the Whisperers, which has been targeting government employees. Residents of the State of San Andreas are urged to be vigilant following these reports. This threat was confirmed in a recorded message from the Whisperers to Weazel, claiming to have given “a single demand for the governor to tell you all to be quiet.”
The press release urges citizens to remain calm and advises them to avoid being alone and use caution, especially in quieter areas around the state. It also cautions citizens to be on the lookout for anything that looks out of place, such as suspicious backpacks, cassette tapes, or papers, and not to touch them, as the group is actively using arsenic to poison people.
While arsenic is generally not as dangerous unless consumed, officials cannot rule out that the group may utilize other poisons. The release also advises anyone who has touched something odd prior to the press release to go to the hospital as soon as possible to receive testing.
Any contact with the Whisperers is ill-advised and should be reported to law enforcement immediately. If you have any information on the whereabouts of these dangerous individuals, please share it with the Major Crimes Division via their tip line: Submit a Tip – Major Crimes Division.
