SAN ANDREAS — Federal authorities are urgently searching for Andrew Abruzzi, a 35-year-old inmate who escaped Bolingbroke State Penitentiary on November 16th, 2025, under circumstances officials are calling “organized, coordinated, and extremely dangerous.”

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Abruzzi – who was serving a life sentence for four counts of First-Degree Murder – was forcibly removed from Department of Corrections custody by unknown individuals. Investigators believe the escape was planned in advance, though no formal suspects have yet been publicly identified.

A wanted bulletin released by the Marshals Service features a recent photograph of Abruzzi dressed in his orange inmate uniform. Officials warn that Abruzzi should be considered armed and dangerous, urging the public to avoid approaching him at all costs.

“Abruzzi’s criminal history and the violent nature of his convictions make him a significant threat to public safety,” the Marshals Service said in a statement. “Anyone who encounters him should contact law enforcement immediately.”

Authorities have not disclosed specific details regarding how Abruzzi was taken from custody but confirmed that no correctional officers were harmed during the escape.
Local, state, and federal agencies – including the San Andreas State Police, Dept. of Corrections & U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force – are coordinating the statewide manhunt.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to his capture.

Residents across San Andreas, especially in Blaine County and surrounding rural regions, are advised to remain vigilant. Tips can be submitted anonymously through the U.S. Marshals tip line or directly to the San Andreas field office.

“We will not stop until Abruzzi is back in custody,” officials stated.

Anyone with information is urged to call the U.S. Marshals Service San Andreas Field Office or submit a tip via the online reporting system.

More information will be shared by Weazel News once made available.
