Sandy Shores, San Andreas – At approximately 3:30PM EST yesterday afternoon, a plane struck the Sandy Shores Medical Center resulting in several explosions, a massive fire, and catastrophic damage to the building. San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS) issued a press release detailing the incident and extent of the damage. It was stated “the basement area of the medical center was the most heavily damage” and “it seems that toxic gases may have been found in the lower level.”
Until further notice the Sandy Shores Medical Center is closed to the public while a proper investigation is conducted. SAMS confirmed no one was found in the building at the time of the crash along with the status of the pilot and the severity of the structural damage is unknown at this time.
San Andreas’ resident hero, Blue Bionic was present during the situation. They provided the following statement and shared several photographs.
Two other witnesses to the plane crash, Carlos Ramirez and Bonnie Bates, yeeted pictures of the scene on the Y app. The fuselage of the plane has lettering that indicates it is a US Air Force aircraft.

Pillbox Medical (Alta Street) — Today at 3:30 PM Eastern Los Santos time Sandy Shores Medical Center was struck with a plane whilein route to land at Sandy Airfield. It is unknown at this time the details regarding the crash itself. The plane struck the building and it began to catch fire and explosions broke out. It seems that the basement area of the medical center was the most heavily damage. The San Andreas Fire Rescue will be conducting their investigation of the building to determine the extent of the damage. Upon the conclusion of the explosions it seems that toxic gases may have been found in the lower level. It is unknown at this time what may have caused the toxic fumes. The building is currently unable to be entered without proper breathing & eye equipment. It is unknown at this time the severity. No one was found to be in the building at the time of the crash. The morgue in Sand Shores also had no individuals in it. It seems that the main damage was to the structure itself. The status of the pilot is unknown at this time.
Sandy Shores Medical Center will be closed until the proper investigation has been conduction. We appreciate the corporation of the citizens of the state as we work to resolve the incident.
