Sandy Shores, San Andreas – At approximately 3:30PM EST yesterday afternoon, a plane struck the Sandy Shores Medical Center resulting in several explosions, a massive fire, and catastrophic damage to the building. San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS) issued a press release detailing the incident and extent of the damage. It was stated “the basement area of the medical center was the most heavily damage” and “it seems that toxic gases may have been found in the lower level.”

Until further notice the Sandy Shores Medical Center is closed to the public while a proper investigation is conducted. SAMS confirmed no one was found in the building at the time of the crash along with the status of the pilot and the severity of the structural damage is unknown at this time.

San Andreas’ resident hero, Blue Bionic was present during the situation. They provided the following statement and shared several photographs.

“I saw an alert that Sandy Shores Medical Centre was shut down earlier today around 3:30 PM EST, I heard from someone about some sort of crashed plane so I got curious and when I went up there I had seen a plane crashed into the medical centre. There were tons of PD and SAFR surrounding the building. When I got closer I had seen one single body bag on a stretcher and after talking to some people found out that one person, presumably the pilot of the plane, had died. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not. It got cleared out within an hour I believe and I left as SAFA started investigating the crash.”

Two other witnesses to the plane crash, Carlos Ramirez and Bonnie Bates, yeeted pictures of the scene on the Y app. The fuselage of the plane has lettering that indicates it is a US Air Force aircraft.

Weazel News is reaching out to several state government departments as well as the US Air Force for statements. We will provide updates as information becomes available.

The text of the press release issued by SAMS is shared below along with a PDF copy attached for ease of reading.
