LOS SANTOS (WZ) — After the trial of Former Representative William Benning, the Governor had a surprise announcement to make.

Caster Taylor, Paxton newest chief of staff has been nominated and sworn in as the fifth representative, replacing Benning after his resignation and impeachment. Taylor is also known for the San Andreas Food & Wine Festival which was held in November.
