LOS SANTOS (WZ) — A person identified as Edbert Lowenthal has been charged by the Los Santos Police Department for 13 counts of First Degree Murder.

Edbert Lowenthal, has been charged with multiple charges, 13 counts of First Degree Murder, 2 counts of Kidnapping, and 1 count of Torture and Mutilation being some of the worst charges on the list.

It’s alleged that Mr. Lowenthal is the notorious ‘Forget-Me-Not Killer’ who has been causing havoc across the state since the first appearance in April of this year. As stated in the ‘statement of facts’ “Mr. Lowenthal was arrested on August 8th, 2021 after being found at the scene of an “altar” that Captain George Kuznetsov, Lt. Sally Jenkins, and Detective Lane Maximus were called to by a serial killer that has been active in Los Santos since April of 2021. The suspect had a firearm and was hiding in a bush on location and pointed the gun at officers when he was discovered. He was instructed to lower the gun and was then arrested after he complied.

This murderer has claimed the lives of thirteen victims and one victim that survived their encounter after they were kidnapped by him. During the course of this investigation, two more bodies were discovered in relation to a missing persons case from 2005 and another murder from 2007 may also be linked to this individual.

Based on questioning during interrogation, prior encounters with Mr. Lowenthal being present at scenes relating to said serial killer and additional evidence, he was arrested after detectives determined he was the suspect they had been looking for.”
