LOS SANTOS (WZ) — Dagfinn Håvard, accused of multiple vile charges has been found Guilty on some of the charges by a jury in a Vinewood Court today.
The high profile court case of Dagfinn Håvard went ahead today, Dagfinn Håvard was charged with Animal Cruelty, Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Torture and Mutilation, Hostage Taking, Aiding and Abetting, First Degree Murder, Trespassing, Breaking and Entering, Aggravated Destruction of Property, Vandalism, Trespassing, Obstruction of Justice, Failure to Identify, Unlawful Possession of Firearms, Assault and Battery.
It’s alleged in the ‘Statement of Facts’ that “Dagfinn Håvard is a Nordic culture enthusiast with particular interest in Old Norse ways. Mr. Håvard has been calling and stalking [an] Officer and giving locations via text messages to scenes of extreme violence. He was arrested for charges and at the time of his arrest he was a person of interest due to him being in possession of Dylan Slim’s pistol. Dylan Slim had been brutally injured at the scene of the dam in Mirror Park.” and
“Mr. Håvard has terrorized many and left messages in Nordic runes for Officer Joey and responding officers to find. “This city will return to the old ways one body at a time.” He is dangerous and should be punished at the fullest extent of the law.”
Judge Elizabeth Williams presided over this very important case after Judge Josh Ford went on a Leave of Absence to campaign for last week’s election.
In this case, Mr Håvard represented himself as his own defense.
This case is based around the text messages allegedly sent to members of the BCSO leading them to crime scenes scattered with Nordic runes and puzzles, in one instance law enforcement allegedly had to solve a puzzle in order to save a person’s life.
The jury deliberated for about 30 minutes and according to court records came to the conclusion that Dagfinn Håvard is found guilty of the attempted murder of David Thorne, the kidnapping and attempted murder of Maud Alab, the attempted murder of Dylan Slim, and the attempted murder of Konrad Knives.
He was found not guilty regarding a animal cruelty incident, an incident at ULSA, an incident surrounding the Kidnapping of ‘Tara and Chad’ and not guilty regarding the Morgue break In.
Dagfinn Håvard was sentenced to received the punishment of the Death Penalty via firing squad. He is the second person in the state’s history to receive such punishment.
