Cars Down Bad for Crack

Joel Walker talks about the events he witnessed leading up to this horrific wreck, and explains how he believes that the cause of it all was a crackhead on the corner. A woman was heard screaming in horror, “Oh, Henry!” Police arrived on scene to investigate and get the debris cleaned up in order to prevent any more harm to citizens or traffic flow problems.

Joel goes on to talk about how he views the city and what is affecting it.
