Happy Pride Month!

This year’s Pride Month was kicked off with the Pride in the Parks event hosted by the San Andreas Parks Department. I stopped by the Owl Scout Camp and received a pride badge and pride pin, both of which have a rainbow on them. The camp was decorated with Pride flags, banners, and balloons. I love a good-looking pride balloon! I felt like I lucked out with seeing not one but two cute doggos at the event. They were both dressed for the occasion. The month just got started, so be sure to check for upcoming Pride events!

Well Deserved Royalty…

If you’ve been up in Sandy Shores at all this weekend, then you might have encountered a very large castle building. The RenFaire took place this weekend in the desert with lots of statues and dragons. Vendors set up shop in one of the many booth tents to sell food and drinks as well as destinations for quests to earn special items. There were lots of activities, from jousting to trivia to bar brawls and more. I was personally amazed at how the event turned out. To top it all off, the crowned winners of the RenFaire’s royal court were King Mykie Romance and Queen Amber Kemp.

Ready For A New Chapter?

This term has flown right by. I can’t say I remember anything notable from this term, but we’re approaching a new one. The 9th Congress will be ending shortly and the 10th Congress will begin. Tonight, the winners of the election were announced. The new Governor will be Ella Bright-Starr with Quinn Lillegard-Marino as the Lieutenant Governor. The five State Representatives will be Jack Burton, Emilie Lillegard-Marino, Astra Lillegard Marino, Tommy Merlin, and Cassie Kendrick. Y had a lot of thoughts on the whole Feline Party being the majority party. There were yeets about allergies, catnip, laser pointers, and more. Shout News shared live updates, and Weazel News broadcasted the Election Results Party. At the time of writing, the information for the Inauguration has not been announced.

I Love Annie…

But probably not as much as her husband. Annie Lamb works hard as the SAMS Chief of Staff, and Jack Callow took the time to interview her to learn more about the hospital's day-to-day operations and the relationships between the San Andreas Medical Service and other government departments. You should definitely check out the latest The Exchange with Jack Callow because Jack and Annie are both awesome.

Upcoming Events:

  • June 3rd @ 8AM ET: SAMS Doctor Interest Class
  • June 6th @ 6PM ET: SAMS Doctor Interest Class
  • June 7th @ 9PM ET: SAMS Nursing Academy
  • June 8th @ 11AM ET: SAMS Nursing Academy
  • June 8th @ 9PM ET: Jenna's Smoke Lounge Fundraiser
  • June 9th @ 3PM ET: Chrome Hearts Chopper Fest
  • June 9th @ 12PM ET: Addiction Recovery Support Group

Stella’s Recommendation of the Week…

If you’re going to have a dragon, make sure you train your dragon. They are powerful beings that can range from little friends to absolute giant units. Some of them can fly or breathe fire, and some of them have long eyelashes. It’s important to train them so they don’t destroy your house. [Erin’s Note: Stella is probably referring to dogs. Dragons do not exist.]

Have a Stella Day and a hardcore night, San Andreas!
