It is once more time for the Weazel Choice Awards! This time we’ve pared down our options to 15 categories and have skipped the nomination period. This is it, the one and only form you need to fill out! You can find a list of active businesses here!

Voting Disclaimers:
1. Only vote for one business per category. Any votes listing multiple people in one category will be voided.

2. Only active businesses as of May 20th will make the final tally.

3. All voting will be locked in as of May 20th at 11:59 PM EST, no exceptions.

4. We are not collecting or tracking emails, but you must sign in to vote to ensure there is only one vote per person.
