The San Andreas Parks Department is hosting a beach cleanup event at Vespucci Beach today, Tuesday, April 18th at 3 PM EST. Vespucci Beach is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The cleanup aims to help restore the natural beauty of the beach and make it a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. All volunteers are welcome to join in on this event.
Participants should meet at the Del Perro Lifeguard Station near the pier. Event organizers will hand out supplies to volunteers, and direct everyone to specific zones to focus their efforts on. Be sure to wear appropriate attire for the beach cleanup and apply sunscreen before spending time out in the sun. Catering will be provided by Lazy Daisy Bobba & Coffee.
“We encourage all volunteers to come out and show their support for our community and the environment. Let’s work together to keep our beaches clean and beautiful,” said Simon Littleshield, one of the cleanup organizers.
If you’re interested in volunteering for the cleanup event of Vespucci Beach, please join the crew at the Del Perro Lifeguard Station today at 3 PM EST. Together, we can make a difference!
