Public Works Employee Charged with Animal Cruelty after Warrant Execution
LOS SANTOS (WZ) — Weeks after Billy Banters ‘The Naked Truth’ show ran the story on the Bear allegedly being kept inside the Public Works Headquarters a charge has been laid.
Today court filings show a Bevans Garvey has been charged in regards to the treatment of an injured bear which was being allegedly held inside the public works headquarters. New Attorney General Alan Evis is listed as the person who initialized the warrant for the arrest.
The Charge listed is one count of Animal Cruelty, which if found guilty is typically a twenty month sentence and a two-hundred dollar fine.
