Dangerous Shooting in Davis with Officers Injured and the Public Caught in the Crossfire

SOUTH LOS SANTOS (WZ) — A major shooting has occurred in Davis with officers taking fire for upwards of five minutes, Weazel News has exclusive video of the shooting.

Police have been involved in another incident on the South Side of Los Santos with a major shootout occurring between the Police and gang members. Police officers were pursuing a vehicle after a successful robbery occurred at the Vangelico store in the Rockford Hills. This pursuit sped all around the city but finally ended up in South Los Santos. 

The events leading to the shooting are not yet clear, however what’s understood is that members involved in the robbery of the Vangelico exchanged fire with Police and other gang members in the area got involved. 

Police and these gang members exchanged fire for upwards of five minutes, with the shooting expanding from the initial site on Roy Lowenstein Blvd onto Grove Street. 

It’s understood officers were injured however Mission Row Police officers were unable to confirm any specific details or comment on the situation.
