Massive Shootout in Los Santos

LOS SANTOS (WZ) — Armed police are on the scene of a major shooting at the high-rise construction site in Downtown Los Santos.

A mass shooting has occurred in Los Santos with a number of ambulances attending the situation after the shooting had eased. It’s unclear at this time what has occurred exactly but around 5.30 pm (ET) people in the area started reporting on twitter of the sounds of gunfire around the Premium Deluxe Motorsports establishment.

At 5:30pm there was a clearly growing police presence in the area of the construction yard. 

From 5:50-6pm according to witnesses there was continuous gunfire between police and potentially a group of people inside the construction yard.

Around 6:10pm there was a vehicle seen fleeing from inside the Yard, police were shooting at it as it left. Shortly after, police and a number of ambulances entered the yard.

Police officials were not available for comment at the time of this article however, a deputy with the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that there was a major incident with multiple people shot, and the situation is somehow related with Gang Activity in the state. 

8:30pm ET Update: Police have confirmed it was a Vangelico store robbery which turned into a pursuit which then led police and the suspects into the construction site where police were ambushed by armed assailants. No official release as of yet and this is preliminary information because of an on-going situation.
