Fall Election Registration Open
LOS SANTOS (WZ) — It’s official, the election is on!
Today the Registration begins for both the Governor’s election and State Representative Election for the fall term. Registration can be done on the Government Website, found here [link]
There are specific requirements in order to register, and you must register before 8pm on the 19th of August.
This election, the system is changing from a “First Past-The-Post” voting system to a “Ranked Choice System.” This means you will be voting by preference, rather than picking three candidates with three equal weighting votes. With Preferential voting or “Ranked Choice” you pick candidates in order of preference. By process of elimination, the lowest voted candidate is removed from consideration and preference votes are transferred.
