On the 14th of July police were notified of a potential bomb threat occurring at City Hall. They established that there was a present threat with a red minicar blocking the main doors to City Hall and that a man was standing at the door with a duffle bag with explosives inside it. According to police there were also gas canisters found inside the car, and if they had ignited there would have been even more damage.
