If you missed the inauguration, on Saturday 14th May, you missed one of the strangest inaugurations I\u2019ve ever been to (I\u2019ve only been to one). You may have heard the phrase \u2018democracy in action\u2019<\/a>, and it was definitely a sight to behold. Larry Tate, as the Master of Ceremonies, led the event, giving multiple shout outs to SCHMUCK clothing, Ari\u2019s Deli, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have photos of the candidates each swearing their oaths, thanks to my wonderful friend and colleague Stella Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll notice that two were missing, Tavlar Frostfell and Ryyan Avery. The former I will explain later, but the latter was on a flight to Cayo Perico, and a pre-recorded message was played at the inauguration. It seems our new governor was already working for the state!
