To be a part of the raffle, businesses are not required to have a premise but must have a valid and active license. Victors are encouraged to use their winnings to pay employees, conduct events, obtain new products, and pay their monthly Department of Commerce and Labor (DOCL) fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Businesses that are well-off are still encouraged to enter regardless of their current financial status.
