Initial Appointments and Cabinet Confirmations Completed\u200b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Following the swearing in of Governor @Andrew McKinley<\/a> and the State Representatives, the State Legislature convened to vote on and assign new roles to the incoming lawmakers. The results were as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Legislature is likely to reconvene in a closed session at the end of the week for a hearing on bills to codify basic legislative processes and amend the criminal code. The following bills will be deliberated on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • H.R. 001 – Establishment of the Government of San Andreas Act of 2021<\/li>
  • H.R. 002 – Emergency Amendments to the Criminal Code of San Andreas Act of 2021<\/li>
  • H.R. 003 – The Government Salary and Pay Schedule Act of 2021<\/li>
  • H.R. 004 – The San Andreas Flight Regulations Act of 2021<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In addition to this, the Legislature will be considering appointments from the Governor for the Attorney General, Los Santos Police Chief, and Blaine County Sheriff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
