A law enforcement \u2018official\u2019 and a Judge are able to enact these, it&#8217;s not clear if they are both needed jointly to enact a restraining order or if both are needed.&nbsp;<\/li><li>One of two factors are established as a requirement to have an emergency restraining order applied:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There is a relevant past criminal history on the alleged attacker<\/li><li>The victim can produce a credible threat on the part of the alleged attacker<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This bill has not been voted on.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bills 040-044 have not been voted on, Bill 034 also hasn\u2019t been voted on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/GSQ2W_-T6rKmEx9wmoZQiLqbnlZMjC5k_1sgsYxqBrtH2UWlqof3aomrx7n__LN_0qWwzJ8kiM16EA5IKO-wYjYoZJCeZShq4tiqRH3JR4pjVYv1UpD0Sq2HfyEH-QXlInOI-vfL=s0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Results are in from the first public Weazel News PolitiPoll<br><em>A private PolitiPoll about Governor Approval was conducted on the 24\/25th of September.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>First Question:<\/em> <strong>If an election was held TODAY, would you Re-Elect Governor James Paxton?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 24\/25 Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>56.3% of respondents said \u201cYes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24.3% of respondents said \u201cNo\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19.4% of respondents said \u201cUndecided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 7\/8th Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60.9% of respondents said \u201cYes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21.7% of respondents said \u201cNo\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17.4% of respondents said \u201cUndecided.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Second Question: <\/em><strong>Are you Happy with how the Government is Running?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 7\/8th Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>69.6% of respondents said \u201cYes.\u201d Broken down into 17.4% \u201cStrong Yes\u201d and 52.2% \u201cYes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30.4% of respondents said \u201cNo.\u201d Broken down into 21.7% \u201cNo\u201d and 8.7% \u201cStrong No\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/1b6sCRbd7rDyQk-b94ProtswRq4Fl_-zEz7gIJqFRzq9KqWjfITCsTy-0F_DOqePyRFL7XCo2eXCD02NysI-Yc2Oo3_MBKuPQg6iLQyrkQ_rWZJPiaqPFtjojtDnxgglAhlOJ1Il=s0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Secondary Policy Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Third Question: <\/em><strong>Should the Government Establish a Secret Service?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;On the 7\/8th Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>65.2% of respondents said \u201cYes\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>26.1% of respondents said \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.7% of respondents wrote in another option<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fourth Question: <\/em><strong>Should the Government do more to protect Citizens from Kidnapping\/Hostage Taking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 7\/8th Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>52.2% of respondents said \u201cNo\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>47.8% of respondents said \u201cYes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fifth Question: <\/em><strong>Should our politicians create Political Parties?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 7\/8th Survey:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>73.9% of respondents said \u201cYes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>26.1% of respondents said \u201cNo\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to Political Watch for the 11th of October 2021, the government has been up to a small count of things this week, the Legislature held it&#8217;s 4th session and representatives were seen in a number of places doing things like community work\/engagement or simply just visiting.
