Citing &#8220;ongoing absenteeism within the legislative chambers&#8221; that &#8220;has left key responsibilities unattended&#8221;, the Executive branch will be assuming the duties and oversight formerly the responsibility of State Representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In light of these changes, we will be re-opening registration in order to give any potential candidate the opportunity to register or modify their registration. Major, President of the United States<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To the Citizens of San Andreas<\/strong> &#8211; Reorganization of Legislative Governance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the State of San Andreas established a legislative branch composed of elected State Representatives, the goal was to provide an active, dedicated channel for civic administration and local governance. However, ongoing absenteeism within the legislative chambers has left key responsibilities unattended. To ensure the state continues to function effectively without unnecessary procedural delays, Governor Bellarosa Muratori and my office have agreed that a structural adjustment is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duties and oversight previously assigned to the State Representatives will be consolidated into the Executive branch under the authority of Governor Muratori to ensure direct leadership, accountability, and steady governance moving forward. To facilitate this transition and accommodate the revised administrative structure, the upcoming campaign schedule is temporarily postponed.
