With extensive damage to the emergency room, San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS) has relocated their staff to Sandy Shores Medical Center in the meantime and put up signs informing emergency services to re-route to the county for the time being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Please avoid Pillbox lower if you have a medical emergency.
