Today, I’m here to do a six-month recap on what has happened in the state of San Andreas since I last published a Stella’s Scoops. I know I can’t include everything, so don’t place any bets, because there’s no winning here.

Fly High…

Back in November, citizens of San Andreas got the chance to design a new state flag, following the announcement of both the new state animal and flower. Roughly 30 flag submissions were reviewed by the Executive Cabinet, and the top seven designs were chosen to be voted on by the public. With the power of democracy, citizens were given the option to vote for their favorite design. Maxxi Whitescale’s flag design came out on top, featuring both the Cougar and Poppy on the state flag. Today, you can go on a scavenger hunt to find where the state flag is displayed, and then get back to me on that because I have no idea where to see it on display.

This Wasn’t A Thing?

You mean to tell me that you weren’t legally required to move out of the way of an emergency vehicle with sirens on? What is this lunacy?! Common sense?! Anyway, the H.R.384 Amendment to H.R. 354 – Roadside Protection Act (RPA) or (Move Over Law) is now amended and enforced so the San Andreas Traffic Code: Failure to Move Over fine you up to $750 for failing to scoot your butt (car) over. There are now paper receipts, or citations, for when you get tickets for committing a crime on the road. Law enforcement can write citations and will hand you a physical paper copy for you to keep (and frame to remember and regret) because they have new printers equipped inside their vehicles. The doors have been unlocked, and the building itself has been accessible to the public, but there was nothing grand. That is all until today, Sunday, December 17th. It is on this day that the Board of Education has a grand opening for the LSU library. Back in July, there was a tube football event at the LSU field to raise funds for the launch of library cards. The Board of Education said they make open-domain books available for library cardholders to enjoy. I received my library card last week when I went to get my school photo taken, and it is safe to say that I’m not utilizing my library card to check out books at the LSU library.
Stella Day, Blurb about the library fire

Do I remember why I wrote that?
