Special election registration opened this evening and there are a surprising three (3) vacant State Rep seats up for grabs this time around. Chairman of the San Andreas Election Commission, Maximillion Jablonski, had the following to say regarding the additional vacant seats this special election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The unexpected resignations of Representatives Emilie Lillegard-Marino and Astra Lillegard-Marino have left the legislature in a state where it cannot pass bills. In light of these developments, it is imperative that we expand the scope of the upcoming special election to ensure that the citizens of San Andreas have proper representation and that the legislative process can proceed without further disruption. By consolidating these elections, we aim to restore stability and maintain the legislative workflow without unnecessary delays. We are committed to ensuring a transparent and efficient election process, and we encourage all eligible voters to participate in this critical electoral event.”<\/p>Maximillion Jablonski, Chairman of the San Andreas State Election Commission<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

With the recent resignations of State Representatives Cassie Kendrick<\/a>, Astra Lillegard-Marino<\/a>, and now Emilie Lillegard-Marino the need for qualified, motivated candidates is high. Will you contribute your talents and fresh perspective to the challenges faced by our great state, because public service is a noble pursuit, a higher calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for the Summer 2024 Special Election is open from now until Sunday July 7, 2024 at 8 pm EST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do State Reps do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The State Representatives <\/strong>are tasked with crafting and passing pivotal State Laws, Acts, Edicts, Procedures, Resolutions, Criminal Punishments, Civil Appointments, and other critical tasks. In addition, their solemn obligation is to attend the mandatory \u201cLegislative Meeting\u201d every month and present proposals for discussion that align with San Andreas\u2019 citizens\u2019 welfare.
