Compound Issues…<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SWAT raided the Black Lotus compound last night. Shout News published the press release<\/a> issued by the newly appointed Sheriff of the Blain County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), Chris Stevens. Later in the night, Larry Tate, President of Black Lotus MC, writer of hit singles, Oatmeal Grandma, I\u2019m Just Tate, and Toilet Guy, and Superstar Fashion Designer, issued his own press release to comment on the raid. This isn’t the first time Black Lotus MC has been raided by law enforcement<\/a> either. Given Larry Tate’s response this time around, will we see this go to another probable cause hearing<\/a>, and will the warrant be invalidated like last time<\/a>? That’s something for lawyers and the courts to decide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
