Oh, Snaps!

It’s been a month since the last San Andreas Snaps!, which not only reminds me that time flies but also how awesome our state is. May’s San Andreas Snaps! featured some big events as well as that good ol’ slice of life. I hope you enjoyed the photos as much as I did. Don’t forget to submit your photos for June! I hope I’ll get to see tons of Pride photos.

New Term Just Dropped…

The new governor, lieutenant governor, and state representatives have all been sworn in at the inauguration on Friday evening, signifying the start of a new term. With a Feline Party majority in office, it’ll be interesting to see how the 10th Congress gets on with meetings and bill creation. Hopefully, the term won’t end in a cat-tastrophe. If you happen to be allergic to cats, you’ll be able to catch Town Hall meetings through various news companies in the state, including recordings from Weazel News.

He Did What Now?

Apparently, former Governor Ryyan Avery was charged with attempted murder??? Is that in-pocket or out-of-pocket for Ryry? I honestly haven’t seen him in a while, so I’m not sure. He stabbed Cooper Bergowitz four times, but he survived, which is why it was attempted. I don’t know what was going on in his head, but apparently, he had drugs on him, so maybe that’s why Ryry did that. Anyway, I’m not the one with the story, Shout News has it covered.

The Return of the Pride Frogs…

A year ago, an army of pride frogs was released into the wild (San Andreas). People could acquire them from the Public Works toy hut, and now, they can once again. The froges and nessies are being sold for $250 each, and the sharks are being sold for $750. The toys are sold at the cost of production, so Public Works make zero profit from these sales. If you’re interested in becoming an owner of these toys or gifting someone else the joy of ownership, you should note that you can only buy a maximum of 3 of each toy per visit. Happy Pride!

Stella’s Recommendation of the Week…

Don’t forget to tie your shoes! There’s so much concrete in this city; you certainly don’t want to be getting extra scrapes and bruises on your knees when you already have a ton from car accidents and mountain-falling. There are different techniques for tying your shoes. I like to use the method called “Ian Knot” because it’s quick, but it is harder to do with shorter shoelaces. If you don’t like to tie your shoes, you can always consider wearing slip-on shoes or velcro shoes. Whatever is comfortable and not a hazard is preferable. Stay safe on those feet!

Have a Stella Day and a hardcore night, San Andreas!
