Slushie Crisis Averted: 24/7 Spokesperson Urges Public To Chill Out
Useless News broke a major story this past weekend reporting a severe lack of slushies at 24/7 stores across the state. Weazel News reached out to 24/7 corporate offices and were directed to Astrid Callis, of Callis Marketing, for comment. Astrid Callis, who does marketing for various businesses in the state of San Andreas, was more than eager to help clear things up.
Miss Callis shared there was a General change to 24/7’s slushie machines back in June of 2023 to a new, upgraded model. The 24/7 stores have continued to offer the same great slushies they always have and apologize for any confusion on how to operate the new model of slushie machines.
“Back in June of 2023 the 24/7 stores upgraded to a newer model of slushie machine so perhaps people have been having a hard time using the new machine. This seems to account for dismal Q3 and Q4 slushie sales across the state. We apologize for any inconvenience this might of caused. We’re also proud to announce there are new slushie flavors available now at 24/7 stores! “

Weazel news also got an exclusive look at some of the marketing materials aimed at promoting the new slushie flavors at 24/7 stores ahead of the launch.

- Grape
- Green Apple
- Limeade
- Orange
- Rootbeer
- Strawberry
Given the buzz generated by the reported “Slushie Crisis”, 24/7 leadership made the decision to launch the new flavors immediately. As of Saturday afternoon, stores have received shipments of the new products to begin selling to the general public.
