Los Santos, San Andreas – Friday night, Governor Paxton hosted a swearing in ceremony at Mission Row Police Department to confirm the acting heads of two law enforcement agencies: the San Andreas State Police and the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office. The outgoing Governor led the swearing in for former Sheriff Chris Solace as Commissioner of the State Police, while Chief Justice John MacLamar swore in his replacement, Mitch Wheatkings, as Sheriff. The event was well-attended by community members and government officials including Lt. Governor Karmen McKenzie and Representatives Becks Lawson, Endeavour Jackson, and Mohn Nash.
